How does PSYCH-K® work?

We are what we are, and we have what we have, because what we perceive we then believe.

Our entire lives are made up of a series of perceptions. We perceive something, we run it through our internal ‘filtering system’ and then we create a belief. And the ‘filters’ we use are in fact the beliefs that we have previously adopted and ‘programmed’ as our internal operating system. It is a culmination of a series of learnings.

We should realise that we operate and manifest our lives through these beliefs. This is neither good nor bad - it just is. However, some of these beliefs can be limiting and are likely creating a life that is no longer of purpose to you. The good news though is that if we have previously programmed ourselves we can also re-program ourselves.

It’s important to recognise that the power to create change is not outside of us (which so many believe), but rather inside of us.  We have the power to create the changes we seek.

What can you expect from a PSYCH-K® session?

Using muscle testing, the PSYCH-K® process is a proven effective method to remove limiting beliefs to free your mind. Muscle testing is used to check-in with you and verify that both your conscious and subconscious minds agree with one another. Our conscious mind and subconscious mind have the ability to not only agree or disagree, but they can test positive for both.

This result is common, and what we know as "having one foot on the accelerator and one foot on the brake”. It’s that feeling of being stuck in your own beliefs and situation. PSYCH-K® can help to release you from this feeling, and all the limiting realities associated with it.

During the session, we identify a particular situation that is causing you difficulty, break it down, address it and then transform the stress around it through different processes. When we identify stress within our system and remove it, we optimise our belief system. Stress is pressure, and negative emotions are distress, so if we have too much stress in our system, we can get into a state of overwhelm. Modifying our subconscious beliefs is the most effective way to support ourselves. By releasing this stress and moving towards a desired goal or state, it enables us to live the life that we want. To conclude the session, we take new beliefs or goal statements, and through our PSYCH-K® process, we internalise them into our subconscious mind.
