You probably have some questions about PSYCH-K®, so here are some frequently asked questions that hopefully will answer yours.
Q. The first question I get a lot is how long does it take to see results after a session?
A. The results varies. They can be immediate, they can take a few hours, they can take a few days, and in some cases, a few months. It's all to do with whether we've dealt with the core issue of what we have at hand.
Q. How many sessions will I need?
A. That's a really individual thing. Some people would have one session. Some people would have reoccurring sessions.
It really depends on how many areas you would like to address.
Typically, I would recommend to have a minimum of three sessions.
Q. What can PSYCH-K® help me with?
A. PSYCH-K® can help you with a variety of issues to do with every area of life.
It can help with anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, your fitness goals, your career goals, your relationships, your relationship with yourself, your self esteem, your trauma, if you had any phobias, just to name a few.
There are no limits to what PSYCH-K® can help with.
Q. Is it like counseling?
A. The short answer is absolutely not. PSYCH-K® is a non-invasive process. You can decide how much you want to share, if at all, it will work just as well. so it's totally up to you, whether you want to tell me in more detail, what it is that bothering you, or whether you just want to say the topic and then we work with that. It's a completely personal choice.
Q. So what happens in a session?
A. We identify a particular area in which you have difficulties. We then create a goal statement that you would like to internalise into your subconscious mind.
We can also then identify whether there's some stress around that particular issue. If there is, we will have a process done, a balance, to transform that perception of stress around the situation, and then once we've done that, we'll go and balance the new goal statement and internalise it into your subconscious mind.
Once both are done, we then take some action steps in order to cement and activate the process, so your subconscious mind and your conscious mind are on the same page.
Q. Is there a difference between an online session and a face-to-face session?
A. Again, that comes down to personal preference, both are as equally effective.
If someone prefers to see me face-to-face, I'm more than happy to do that. I'm in Brisbane.
If someone doesn't feel comfortable seeing me face-to-face, we can do it online via Zoom or Skyp, or even over the phone.
Again, there's no difference in the quality of the outcome or in the way the processes is done.
Q. Who can benefit from a PSYCH-K® session?
A. Anyone can, whether you're in business, and you're needing to start a new business or to achieve new goals, or whether you need to learn how to make decisions, whether you are someone that faces a self-esteem issue, whether you have any issue with a relationship, whether you have any health concern, not that PSYCH-K® is healing you in any way, it just compliments your body's ability to support whatever healing modality that you're using.
Whether you want to adopt a new lifestyle choice, let's say you want to start running and practicing towards a marathon, so PSYCH-K® can definitely help you with creating a new belief around that, that running is fun, and effortless, and joyful.
It can help with any area of life, and I know it sounds wishy-washy when I say that, as if I just want to say it apply to everyone, but since I've studied this, I've been using it with myself on a daily basis on a multitude of issues, so that I'm facing on a daily basis, that just comes up.
There really no limit to what you can use it for.
